Provisioning application authentication update has been done. If the application version is not stated as v2.7.14 or higher, manual refresh or browser cache deletion needed!
If the updated version of the application is left in the device / browser memory, users might be re-directed to the old version. In order to prevent this happening, users must clear the application cache to re-fresh the login.
Instructions on how to load latest provisioning application V2.7.14 or higher
Mobile Users:
Clear browsing history from the browser to re-fresh the cache, here is the example from Android chrome browser. After clearing cache, open Provisioning application again to login.
Desktop Users:
Open Provisioning application in a new tab and hard refresh the tab by pressing CRTL+F5. Application will force re-fresh and loads the latest version. Login to continue.
- Windows Machine
- Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Internet Explorer - Hold down Ctrl and press F5
- Mac
- Chrome/Firefox - Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key.
- Safari- Hold down the option and command key then press the ‘E’ key.
